Hey everyone,
We’re halfway through March. You’ve had almost three weeks with the “March Winds” album. You’ve heard the folklore singles. You’ve read the stories behind every song.
And now I want to hear from YOU.
Which song is yours?
Not which one you think is “best.” Not which one is most popular. Which one is YOURS – the one that hit you, that you keep coming back to, that feels like it was written for you?
Why I’m Asking
Because here’s the thing about music: once it’s out in the world, it doesn’t belong to me anymore. It belongs to everyone who hears it. And every person connects with different songs for different reasons.
Some of you might be blasting “Bloom Where You’re Planted” as your daily motivation anthem.
Some of you might be crying to “March Eighteenth” because it reminds you of your own kids.
Some of you might be LIVING for “The Irish Goodbye” because FINALLY someone made an anthem for your exit strategy.
And I want to know. I NEED to know. Because your connection to these songs is what makes all of this worth it.
My Predictions (Let’s See If I’m Right!)
I think “Bloom Where You’re Planted” is resonating with:
- People going through major life transitions
- Anyone who’s felt stuck and needed permission to start where they are
- People in therapy working on growth (yes, I’ve heard from some of you!)
- Anyone who needs a daily reminder that they have power RIGHT NOW
I think “The Irish Goodbye” is the favorite of:
- Introverts EVERYWHERE
- People who are DONE with small talk
- Anyone who’s ever been trapped at a party they wanted to leave an hour ago
- My fellow “social battery died” crew
I think “March Eighteenth” is hitting:
- Parents who remember their child’s birth like it was yesterday
- Anyone who’s learned that kids have their own timeline
- People who understand that the best moments rarely go according to plan
- Moms who did squats in grocery store aisles (you know who you are)
I think “It Runs on Both Sides of the Family” is connecting with:
- People from families where alcohol is always present
- Anyone watching patterns and wondering if they’re repeating them
- People who’ve been called “no fun” for ordering water
- Those trying to break cycles with awareness and choice
I think “Wearing Green” is the anthem for:
- Anyone who goes ALL OUT for St. Patrick’s Day
- People who love celebrating their heritage (even if it’s only 33%!)
- The “green from head to toe” crowd
- Everyone who thinks March 17th is a whole MOOD
But I Could Be Wrong!
Maybe “Robin’s Return” is YOUR song because you needed that peaceful moment.
Maybe “First Thaw” hit you right when you were emerging from something dark.
Maybe “Seeds of Tomorrow” spoke to you about patience and faith.
Maybe “Leprechaun’s Gold” made you realize what you’ve been chasing.
Maybe “The Fairy’s Gift” resonated with your understanding of costs and conditions.
I DON’T KNOW YOUR STORY. But I want to.
Here’s What I Want You to Do
Comment, message, or tag me on social media and tell me:
- Which song is YOURS and why?
- What were you doing the first time you heard it?
- What moment/memory does it connect to?
- How has it shown up in your life since?

Some Questions to Think About
- Which song makes you cry every time?
- Which song is on your workout playlist?
- Which song did you send to a friend?
- Which song plays in your car on repeat?
- Which song surprised you by connecting so deeply?
- Which song makes you laugh?
- Which song gives you courage?
- Which song feels like home?
What I’ll Do With Your Stories
I’m going to READ THEM ALL. Every single one.
And I might share some of them (with permission!) because YOUR connection to these songs is beautiful and deserves to be celebrated.
Your stories might inspire other people. They might help someone else discover a song they hadn’t connected with yet. They might create community among people who love the same tracks for different reasons.
Why This Matters to Me
Because I write songs alone. I produce them alone. I release them into the void not knowing if anyone will care.
But then YOU tell me that “Bloom Where You’re Planted” helped you get through a hard week. Or that “The Irish Goodbye” made your whole friend group laugh. Or that “March Eighteenth” made you call your mom.
And suddenly I’m not alone anymore. Suddenly the music is doing what it’s supposed to do – connecting human beings to each other through shared stories and emotions.
That’s the magic. That’s what makes this all worth it.
The Folklore Singles Too!
Don’t forget about the folklore singles! Tell me:
- Did “The Claddagh Ring” make you think about love differently?
- Did “Leprechaun’s Gold” make you stop chasing rainbows?
- Did “The Fairy’s Gift” make you think twice about what you wish for?
- Are you READY for “The Day We’re All Irish” on St. Patrick’s Day?
I’m Waiting to Hear From You
Seriously. Drop a comment. Send a message. Post on social media with #MyMarchWindsSong.
Tell me which song is yours.
Tell me your story.
Let’s build a community around these songs – not just my stories, but YOURS too.
Because at the end of the day, music is about connection. It’s about finding ourselves in someone else’s story and realizing we’re not alone.
So… which song is YOURS?

P.S. – If you’re struggling to pick just one, that’s okay! Tell me your top 3. Or your morning song versus your bedtime song. Or which song fits which mood. There are no rules here.
P.P.S. – And if you haven’t found YOUR song yet, keep listening. Sometimes the one that hits you isn’t the one you expect.
