THE DREAM LIVES ON – PASSING THE TORCH

Some dreams are too important to die.

“The Dream Lives On” is my way of connecting the dots between Reagan’s vision of a shining city on a hill and the America we’re fighting for today.

    Reagan’s Morning in America

Ronald Reagan spoke of “morning in America” – a time of hope, prosperity, and renewal. He dreamed of borders that were honored, elections that were fair, and a nation where hard work still mattered.

The opening verse sets the scene: “There was a vision once of shining cities on a hill, a promise that hard work and faith could bend the future to our will.”

    What Happened to the Dream

Somewhere along the way, that dream got buried. The lyrics acknowledge this honestly: “That dream got buried under years of broken promises and lies.”

But then something changed. Someone picked up that torch again.

    The Dream Renewed

This patriotic ballad isn’t about looking backward with nostalgia – it’s about recognizing that the same values Reagan fought for are worth fighting for today:

    • Secure borders
    • Jobs for Americans
    • Legal immigration with dignity
    • Freedom to pursue your dreams

    Freedom AND Law

One of my favorite verses addresses something crucial: “Freedom’s not chaos, it’s order and law, liberty balanced with justice for all.”

Freedom only works when we have structure. That’s not a contradiction – it’s wisdom.

    From Generation to Generation

The bridge captures the heart of the song: “From one generation to the next, the torch is passed, the mission’s set.”

This is about legacy. About honoring those who came before while building something for those who come after.

    Musical Journey

This song starts as an acoustic rock ballad and builds to an anthem. Determined, heartfelt, nostalgic but forward-looking. It’s meant to inspire without being preachy.

    Why This Matters

As a mom, I think a lot about what kind of America I’m leaving for my kids. This song reminds me that the fight for freedom isn’t new – and it’s not over.

  • INTRODUCING MY LOVE LETTER TO AMERICA

INTRODUCING MY LOVE LETTER TO AMERICA

I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been working on. On June 8th, 2026, I’m releasing my new album I Love America- a collection of 11 songs that celebrate everything I love about this country.

This isn’t just another patriotic music project. This is my heart poured out in song – about the America I believe in, the values I hold dear, and the hope I have for our future.

What is I Love America About?

I Love America is a journey through American pride, faith, compassion, and celebration. These American anthems cover everything from honoring our founding fathers to praying for our political opponents, from celebrating strong leadership to remembering our forgotten heroes.

As an independent patriotic artist, I wanted to create music that reflects the America so many of us love – the one worth fighting for, praying for, and believing in.

The 11 Songs on I Love America:

Over the next week, I’ll be sharing a blog post about each song on the album. Here’s what you can expect:

    1. America First – Our opening anthem about strength and resilience
    2. Vance 2028 – A rally cry for the best VP we’ve ever seen
    3. The Dream Lives On – Connecting Reagan’s vision to today’s mission
    4. America’s Forgotten – A sorrowful lament for those left behind
    5. Welcome Home – Honoring soldiers with invisible wounds
    6. I Still Pray For You – Faith-based healing across political division
    7. America’s Children – An inspirational anthem for the next generation
    8. Red, White, and Blue – The meaning behind our symbols
    9. If They Could See Us Now – A tribute to our founding fathers
    10. Long Live the President – Gratitude for courageous leadership
    11. I Love America – Our grand finale celebration

    Why I Made This Album

I’m a homeschooling mom, a quilter, a worship leader, and a singer-songwriter. I love this country deeply, and I wanted to create music that celebrates that love without apology.

In a world where it sometimes feels like loving America is controversial, I wanted to write songs that say: it’s okay to be proud. It’s okay to celebrate. It’s okay to believe in this nation.

These are pro-America songs written from the heart of someone who believes our best days can still be ahead of us.

    How to Follow Along

Starting tomorrow, I’ll be releasing a new blog post each day diving deep into one song from I Love America. Each post will share the story behind the song, the inspiration, and what I hope it means to you.
